This Platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use this Platform's services solely for personal learning purposes:

• You may only access and use this Platform's content for personal learning purposes.
• It is strictly prohibited to use this Platform's content for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to: selling, renting, sublicensing, use by training institutions, etc.
• It is strictly prohibited to copy, download, record, screenshot, or save this Platform's audio, video, or other content in any way.
• It is strictly prohibited to distribute, share, or upload this Platform's content to third-party platforms or media in any form.
• This license may be revoked by this Platform at any time without prior notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this Platform and its affiliates, employees, agents, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, goodwill loss, or other intangible losses.

• This Platform retains logs of user access behavior and operation records, which may be used as evidence.
• This Platform has the right to preserve evidence of suspected infringement or violations.
• Users agree that this Platform may submit relevant logs and records to judicial or administrative authorities.
• If legal action is taken due to user breach, all resulting costs (including but not limited to attorney fees, notarization fees, appraisal fees, travel expenses, litigation costs, etc.) shall be borne by the breaching user.
• This Platform has the right to directly deduct related fees from the user's account balance.

This Platform reserves the following rights:

• To modify, suspend, or terminate all or part of the services at any time.

• To suspend or terminate accounts of users who violate this Agreement without refunding any fees.
• To permanently terminate services with prior notice.

If services are terminated, we will notify users in advance when reasonably practicable. Users have the right to export their personal data before account termination.

• This Platform's services are primarily intended for adults aged 18 and above.
• Minors under 16 should use this Platform with the consent and guidance of their guardians.
• Guardians are responsible for the use behavior of minors, including but not limited to payment behavior.
• If minors use this Platform or make payments without guardian consent, guardians should contact us promptly.
• This Platform has the right to require users to provide proof of age.

This Platform sends notices to users through the following methods:

• Sending emails to the email address provided during registration.
• Sending notices through this Platform's internal messaging system.
• Publishing notices through this Platform's website announcements.
• Sending SMS to the phone number provided during registration.

The above notices are deemed delivered once sent. Users should ensure that the contact information provided is true and valid. Users shall bear the consequences of notices not being delivered due to inaccurate contact information.

The conclusion, execution, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding its conflict of law rules).

• Any dispute arising from or related to this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation.
• If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the People's Court of Changyi District, Jilin City, Jilin Province.
• During litigation, parts of this Agreement not involved in the dispute shall remain effective.

• This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and this Platform regarding the use of these services.
• This Platform's failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
• If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, and other provisions shall remain in effect.
• This Agreement is binding upon both parties and their respective heirs and assignees.
• The Chinese version of this Agreement shall prevail. In case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions, the interpretation of the Chinese version shall be the final standard.
