Intellectual Property & Copyright Notice
OKCCL Platform (hereinafter referred to as "this Platform"), operated by Jilin Liansuo Media Co., Ltd., has all its content protected under the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China, Trademark Law, and other intellectual property-related laws and regulations, as well as international treaties.

All audio content provided on this Platform has been legally registered for copyright and is protected under the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use constitutes infringement.
2. Software Copyright & Interface Design
The software code, user interface design, interaction logic, and visual elements of this Platform are intellectual property of this Platform, protected by software copyright law.
3. Trademarks & Brand Identity
The "OKCCL" name, logo, and related brand elements are trademarks or service marks of this Platform and may not be used without authorization.
4. Prohibition of AI Model Training
It is strictly prohibited to use any content from this Platform (including but not limited to audio, text, images, etc.) for training artificial intelligence models, machine learning algorithms, or any automated data processing systems. Violation of this provision will result in legal liability.
5. User-Generated Content
Users retain intellectual property rights to content they generate on this Platform (such as recordings and practice records), but grant this Platform a limited license necessary for providing services.
6. Infringement Complaints
If you discover any content that infringes intellectual property rights, please contact us at:okccltech@outlook.com. We will process your complaint promptly after verification.
7. Infringement Liability
Liquidated Damages Clause: For any infringement of this Platform's intellectual property rights, the infringer shall pay liquidated damages at the rate of RMB 5,000 per audio content item and compensate for all losses incurred by this Platform (including but not limited to investigation costs, attorney fees, litigation costs, etc.). This Platform reserves the right to pursue legal action against infringers.
8. Content Updates & Modifications
This Platform reserves the right to modify, update, or remove any content without prior notice. This statement applies to this Platform and all its affiliated services and products.

Content provided on this Platform is for learning reference only and does not constitute any professional advice, examination guidance, or guarantee of passing. Users assume sole responsibility for any results arising from using this Platform's services (including but not limited to examination results, language proficiency improvement), and this Platform makes no promises or guarantees in this regard.
3. Service Stability
Due to the uncertainty of network environments, this Platform does not guarantee absolute continuity and stability of services. 4. Evidence Preservation & Cost Liability
This Platform reserves the right to record and preserve user behavior, including but not limited to access logs and operation records. If legal action is taken due to a user's violation of this Platform's terms, all resulting costs (including but not limited to attorney fees, notarization fees, appraisal fees, litigation costs, etc.) shall be borne by the violating party.

The Chinese version of this legal statement shall prevail. In case of any discrepancy or ambiguity between the Chinese and English versions, the interpretation of the Chinese version shall be the final standard.
